Ugyen Tshering

Born 1992, from Sarpang

I am fascinated with art and artists. As a child, I always wanted to paint. My love for art was confirmed in Grade 7 when I sketched a portrait of our King. With the lack of exposure and opportunities, I forgot about art until my first year of college. Painting is my self-reflection and mindfulness practice. I do not have any future plans other than to explore all that I have hidden within which I am trying my best to discover.
