The Art work is created with the theme Contemporary time “Contemporary” : Means living or occurring at the same time , belonging to or occurring in the present . “Time“ : The measured or measurable period during which an action , or condition exists or continues the thing that is measured as seconds . The painting represents any individual whose vision are paralyze by the media and technology, where he struggling for his means for the survival. And they are affected by the reminiscence of Pandemic and floating at some point of their life. As the only light which are guiding him/her are his dreams and hopes.

Born 1994, from Samtse
Just like every other kid in school, I used to draw a lot. I would compete in art competitions at school and doing well encouraged me. I remember drawing Mickey Mouse when I was in Class 2. That was when my passion for art began. As a young boy, art was one of my favourite hobbies. I didn’t need someone to inspire me then but as I grew older, I wanted to learn more. That is when VAST Bhutan came along. In 2014, I met Asha Kama and his family. As time passed, I came to grow fond of his personality and his love for art and humanity. Asha continues to give me great confidence and inspires me to keep doing the best that I can.
