Rehab for Happiness

Art Description

In our culture, the person who can control all five sense organs becomes enlightened- meaning, the soul naturally receives peace within. To guide or control all the five sense organs we begin working on our mind. Mind is the king of every deed of every human being. The sense organs play the part of slaves for the mind. So, in order to be happy in our day-to-day life, we have to cultivate our minds.

To convey a positive message to people all around the world, this painting shows that the mind washes all negative energy from the five senses organs and that if we can control our mind then we can naturally find the destiny of happiness.

I have always been interested in art. I joined the National Institute for Zorig Chusum where I found inspiration in my teacher, Lopen Tshewang Tenzin. And my journey as an artist took its flight. I graduated from the institute in 2021 and have now joined “Art United”, a group consisting of young art enthusiasts like me, led by my teacher Lopen Tshewang.
